Rental Information
RENTAL POLICY
If there is any damage done to the building during the time of renting, the renter who signed will be responsible for the total cost of repairs. Alcohol, drugs, and smoking are not permitted in or around the Community Center or on Central Valley Town property. DO NOT leave the building unattended. Do not remove chairs or tables from the building. We will provide cleaning supplies however you will need to bring your own hot pads, dishcloths, and towels if you’d like to use them. Any dishes, silverware, or utensils used need to be washed, dried, and put away.
Rental Fee:
o Residents: $40/day (those who pay the town a monthly utility bill)
o Non-Residents $100/ day
o Commercial $100/ day
o Cleaning Deposit $100 (refunded if the checklist is completed and there are no damages)
o No charge for Civic Groups, Church Groups, Government Organizations, and Funerals (Central Valley Town Boundary Residents Only)
RENTAL CLEANING CHECKLIST
Please check off the list as each job is completed. Amounts will be deducted from the $100 deposit for each thing not completed.
o Wipe off all tables and chairs with cleaner.
o Leave three rectangle tables up
o Vacuum floors; including foyer.
o Sweep kitchen and mop as needed.
o Flush toilets
o Empty ALL trash cans & replace liners.
o DO NOT LEAVE FOOD OR ICE IN FRIDGE
o Clean sinks and wipe off counters.
o Turn the heat down to 64° before you leave.
o Turn the air conditioner OFF when you leave.
o Lock all doors and windows.
o If the East door was used, make sure it is locked by using the dead bolt.
o Check the front door- making sure it is closed completely.
o Arm building with key fob (hold top left button until red light flashes)
o Sign, date and return this form with the keys in the drop box in front of the building.
RENTAL RULES
1. No thumb tacks, pins, nails, or other sharp objects are allowed to be placed in the walls or ceilings of the Community Center.
2. Tape is not allowed on the walls or ceilings.
3. Do not remove any pictures/clock on the wall.
4. Thumb tacks and pins are allowed on the green pad on the north wall.
5. Please return tables and chairs to the storage room, after cleaning them, just like you found them. Leave three Rectangle tables up.
6. Make sure the cleaning checklist is completed.
7. Turn off all the lights.
8. Lock doors and windows when done.
DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED IF RULES ARE NOT FOLLOWED
